XADO EX120 Power Steering Revitalizant (8 ml syringe) is a reinforced hydraulic treatment with 20% higher active Revitalizant® concentration than standard XADO power steering gel. It forms a ceramic-metal (cermet) protective coating on pump internals, valve spindles, and actuating mechanisms — restoring hydraulic performance without disassembly.

How to Use

1. If the power steering fluid is contaminated (discolored or opaque), flush and replace the fluid first before applying.
2. Pre-dissolve the syringe contents in approximately 50 ml of used hydraulic fluid for easier mixing.
3. With the engine off, add the mixture to the power steering fluid reservoir.
4. Start the engine and allow it to warm up for 2–3 minutes.
5. Turn the steering wheel lock-to-lock for 5 minutes to circulate the revitalizant through the full hydraulic circuit.
6. Drive normally — revitalization is complete after approximately 950 miles (50 hours) of operation.

A noticeable reduction in steering effort and noise within the first few miles confirms the revitalization process has begun. If no improvement is observed after 60–120 miles, the issue may require further diagnosis beyond the power steering system.
