RETURN ELIGIBILITY

We offer a 30-day return policy. You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return, items must:

  • be unused and in the same condition as received;

  • be in the original packaging;

  • include proof of purchase or order confirmation;

  • not show signs of misuse, installation, or damage caused after delivery.

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be eligible for a refund.

Returns for eligible orders placed through denrox.com are handled directly by DenRox and processed through our Schaumburg, Illinois shipping and returns location.

Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused or delayed.

DAMAGED, DEFECTIVE, OR INCORRECT ITEMS

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 5 business days of delivery so we can review and resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

When contacting us, please include:

  • your order number;

  • a description of the issue;

  • clear photos of the item and packaging if applicable.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

Certain items are non-returnable, including:

  • hazardous materials;

  • flammable liquids or gases;

  • special-order or customized items;

  • gift cards;

  • clearance or final-sale items;

  • products marked as non-returnable on the product page.

EXCHANGES

If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us first for assistance.

Approved exchanges are processed after the original item has been returned and inspected.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during checkout.

Please allow up to 10 business days for refund processing after approval. Financial institutions and payment providers may require additional processing time.

RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the wrong item was shipped;

  • the item arrived damaged;

  • the product is defective due to manufacturer issues.

Shipping costs paid during checkout are generally non-refundable unless otherwise required by law.

ORDER CANCELLATIONS

Orders may only be canceled before shipment processing begins.

Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation requests may no longer be possible.
