XADO EX120 Fuel Equipment Revitalizant 8ml – Fuel Pump & Injector Repair for Gas & Diesel Engines
Rebuild Worn Fuel Pumps & Injectors — Through the Fuel Tank
Fuel pumps and injectors operate under extreme pressure and friction with every engine cycle. Wear, low-quality fuel, and contamination gradually degrade their precision geometry — causing increased fuel consumption, rising emissions, and eventual failure. XADO EX120 Fuel Equipment Revitalizant (8 ml syringe) is a reinforced treatment with 20% higher active Revitalizant® concentration than standard XADO fuel equipment gel. Added directly to the fuel tank, it forms a ceramic-metal (cermet) coating on all friction surfaces inside fuel pumps, injectors, and pump-injector units — restoring their original geometry without disassembly.
Universal compatibility across all fuel system types: K-/KE-/L-Jetronic, Common Rail, Pumpe-Düse, and all equivalent systems.
Key Benefits
- Restores Fuel Pump & Injector Geometry — cermet coating rebuilds worn friction surfaces in pumps, jets, and pump-injector units
- Protects Against Low-Quality Fuel Damage — reinforced coating shields precision components from abrasive and corrosive fuel contaminants
- Reduces Fuel Consumption — restored injection precision improves combustion efficiency
- Lowers Noise & Vibration — smoother pump operation reduces hydraulic noise throughout the fuel system
- Reduces Harmful Emissions — more precise fuel delivery lowers CO, HC, and particulate output
- No Disassembly Required — treatment is applied through the fuel tank and works during normal driving
Compatibility
Suitable for all gasoline and diesel fuel system architectures, including:
- K-Jetronic, KE-Jetronic, L-Jetronic (mechanical and electronic injection)
- Common Rail (CR) high-pressure direct injection
- Pumpe-Düse (Unit Injector / PD) systems
- All other standard fuel injection systems
⚠ Clean the fuel system before application for best results. Non-standard aftermarket fuel filters may reduce the revitalization effect by capturing active particles before they reach the pump.
How to Use
- Run the fuel tank down to a minimal level before treatment.
- Inject the full contents of the required number of syringes directly into the fuel tank.
- Fill the tank with 40 liters (~10 gallons) of fuel.
- Drive in normal operating mode — treatment is complete after approximately 1,850 miles (100 hours) of engine operation.
Dosage by Engine Displacement
- 0–5 liters: 1 syringe (8 ml) — single treatment
- 5–15 liters: 2 syringes (16 ml) — single treatment
- 15–30 liters: 3 syringes (24 ml) — single treatment
Packaging
- Volume: 8 ml syringe (Art. XA 10033)
