3-Stage Treatment Protocol

Diesel engines require a staged approach to allow Revitalizant® to progressively rebuild surfaces across the full treatment cycle. For engines up to 10 quarts, a complete treatment uses 3 syringes:

  1. Stage 1: Warm the engine to operating temperature, then switch it off. Bring the syringe to room temperature. Add one syringe to the engine oil and idle for 5–10 minutes.
  2. Stage 2: After 60–150 miles, repeat with the second syringe.
  3. Stage 3: After another 60–150 miles, add the third syringe.

Treatment is complete after 950 miles of total operation. Do not change the oil until the full cycle is finished.
