How the Science Works

When added to the transmission fluid, Revitalizant® acts as a catalyst in high-friction, high-heat zones — the exact areas where wear occurs. It activates carbon absorption through the metal surface layer, triggering the formation of metal carbides. These carbides, combined with metal particles, build a new protective coating atom by atom.

The result is a self-regulating ceramic-metal (cermet) gradient coating that bonds into the metal surface rather than sitting on top of it. Because it self-regulates its maximum thickness, it never clogs clearances or alters tolerances. The final coating has diamond-like hardness and compressive stress along the entire treated surface — making it virtually immune to future wear.

Compatibility

How to Use

1. Allow the syringe to reach room temperature so the contents flow freely.
2. Add the required number of syringes directly into the transmission fluid reservoir.
3. Drive normally — revitalization is complete after approximately 950 miles (1,500 km) or 50 hours of transmission operation.

A reduction in transmission noise within the first hour of operation is a sign the revitalization process has begun.

⚠ If the transmission is in critical condition (100% wear), replace damaged components before treatment. Some heavily worn transmissions may require an additional dose if symptoms return after initial improvement.
